Elger Laser Cutting Terms & Conditions

The following information is very important so that you are able to understand how our service works.

Orders
An order will not be completed until proof of payment is received for 50% of the total cost of the order, at which point we will begin to cut and manufacture the product. Without proof of payment, we cannot begin the work. Please email proof of payment to elger.laser@gmail.com or fax to 086 607 2644 and please quote your order so that we know who the payment is from. We will send an invoice via e-mail to inform you once the order is completed, after receipt of final payment, which includes the delivery and all outstanding costs.

If there are any expected delays, you will be notified immediately.

Parcels via the Post Office
The Post Office is a public service and we do everything in our power to make sure that orders sent via the Post Office are delivered on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for the delay of orders due to strikes or other problems at the Post Office. All parcels are sent by ordinary post and we provide a tracking number. If you prefer for your order to be sent via insured mail, the extra charges will be for your account. Please let us know if you prefer this.

Parcels via Courier
Elger Laser Cutting will do everything in our power to make sure that the Courier delivering your order provides a reliable service. Elger Laser Cutting cannot be held responsible for the delay of parcels by Courier.

Production and Delivery Times
Please be aware that all the products on our website are made by hand and therefore take time to be produced. Due to the unique nature of our products, it is possible that some small differences can be found in certain cases between two products. Please be prepared to wait for around two weeks for the production of orders that are not in stock. We will endeavor to produce orders in good time where possible, but please be aware of the standard two week period – your orders will be produced.

Return of Items
Customers who are unhappy with the quality of our products have 30 days to mail the product back (in the condition in which it was sent) at their own expense. If the product is returned to us in an unused and undamaged state, we will gladly compensate you for it. We ask that you please let us know about your complaint via email before you send the product back, as we wish to address the issue with you to give the best possible service. In the subject of the email please state your order number and name.

  • I am NOT dishwasher safe.
  • Do NOT Immerse me into water.
  • ONLY wipe me with a damp cloth.

Die volgende inligting is baie belangrik sodat u seker kan wees hoe ons diens werk.

Bestellings
'n Bestelling word eers as volledig gesien wanneer ons 'n bewys van 50% betaling ontvang, dan begin ons eers die bestelling sny en vervaardig, geen bestelling word daarsonder gedoen nie. E-pos asb. u bewys van betaling na elger.laser@gmail .com of faks dit na 086 607 2644 en maak seker dat u bestellings nommer duidelik aangedui is. Ons stuur fakture per e-pos/Faks om u in kennis te stel sodra die bestelling voltooi is, na ontvangs van finale betaling, ingesluit die versendings kostes word u besending versend.

Indien 'n vertraging van watter aard ookal wel plaasvind sal u dadelik in kennis gestel word.

Pakkies per Pos
Die poskantoor is 'n staatsdiens en ons sal alles in ons vermoë doen om seker te maak dat pakkies betyds uitgaan, ons kan egter nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir die vertraging van pakkies a.g.v stakings of enige ander probleme by die poskantoor nie. Alle pakkies word per gewone pos versend en 'n opspoornommer word verskaf. Indien u verkies dat ons dit met versekerde pos uitstuur, sal die ekstra kostes vir u rekening wees.

Pakkies per Koerier
Elger laser cutting sal alles in ons vermoë doen om seker te maak dat die koerier in gebruik 'n betroubare diens lewer, en Elger Laser cutting kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir die vertraging van pakkies deur die koerier in gebruik nie.

Vervaardiging en aflewerings tydperk
Neem asb. kennis dat al die produkte op ons webwerf met die hand gemaak word en dit dus tyd neem om dit te vervaardig, dit kan ook gebeur dat daar op van ons items klein verskille kan wees. Dit neem plus minus 2 weke om bestellings wat nie in voorraad is nie te vervaardig somtyds is dit korter, maar wees asb. gereed om die bogenoemde tydperk te wag, produkte sal dus altyd beskikbaar wees.

Teruggee van Items
Kliënte wat ongelukkig is met die gehalte van 'n produk het 30 dae om dit terug te pos op u eie onkoste. As die produk onbeskadig/ongebruik by ons aankom, sal ons u vergoed daarvoor. Laat ons asb. per epos weet van u klagte voor u die produk terug stuur. Noem asseblief u bestellings nommer en besigheids naam, in die titel van die epos.
